On your second visit to us, your Chiropractor will correlate all the exam findings, including your scans and any imaging with the details of your health history and provide:
- An accurate diagnosis
- What you can do resolve this
- How we can help
- How long it will take
- And how much it will cost
Your Personalised Care Plan
Your personalised care plan will include bespoke functional exercise videos and a specific re-assessment date.
The report will be written and given to you at the visits and sent to you electronically immediately after. You will also have your first adjustment after your report is delivered.
Regular visits will not be as long as your first or second visits.
